Every room, telling you what it's doing.
One discreet sensor per room. Temperature, air, noise, damp and occupancy — measured continuously, on one screen, for the whole building. It turns the air conditioning off when the room empties, and tells you about smoke, damp and disturbance while you can still do something about them.
Nothing in the room has a lens or a microphone recording. Guests are told it's there — a sensor you can put in the listing deters the booking you didn't want in the first place.

The particulate figures assume the optional particle module is fitted. Nothing shown here is derived from audio: the sound figure is a decibel level, and presence comes from radar.
